Damage, Loss & Insurance Claim Policy

ELITE TOURS AND TRAVELS provides transportation and tour services with the utmost care and safety. However, the company will not be responsible for any personal loss, damage, injury, accident, or delay that may occur during the journey due to circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Personal Belongings
    Passengers are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings such as luggage, mobile phones, wallets, documents, and other valuables during the journey.
    ELITE TOURS AND TRAVELS will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to passenger belongings.
  2. Vehicle Damage by Passenger
    If any damage is caused to the vehicle, seats, interiors, or equipment due to passenger negligence or misuse, the passenger will be responsible for covering the repair costs.
  3. Accident and Insurance
    In case of any accident involving the vehicle, insurance claims will be handled according to the insurance policy of the vehicle.
    Passengers may claim compensation only through the applicable vehicle insurance coverage and applicable legal procedures.
  4. Third-Party Services
    For tour packages that include hotels, sightseeing, or third-party services, ELITE TOURS AND TRAVELS acts only as a booking facilitator. Any loss, damage, or service issues related to these providers must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
  5. Natural or Uncontrollable Situations
    The company will not be responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, road conditions, traffic issues, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  6. Claim Process
    Any complaint or claim related to service must be reported to ELITE TOURS AND TRAVELS within 24 hours of trip completion. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
